Sales in DACH -Â CoachingÂ

1. Scope of Services
The Coach agrees to provide sales coaching and/or training services to the Client as per agreed offer.
2. Session Scheduling & Rescheduling
Sessions are scheduled in advance and must be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Time extensions or additional sessions are at the discretion of the Coach and may incur additional fees.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
All fees are communicated and agreed upon prior to the engagement. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in paused services or revoked access to materials. All payments are non-refundable once the service period or access begins.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, templates, and recordings provided remain the intellectual property of the Coach. Client is granted internal, non-transferable access for their personal or company use. Materials may not be shared, resold, or distributed externally without prior written consent.
5. Confidentiality
Both Coach and Client agree to keep any confidential or proprietary information shared during the engagement private and protected. This includes but is not limited to business strategy, client lists, sales data, or internal communication.
6. Disclaimer & No Guarantees
While the Coach provides strategic guidance and tested frameworks, sales outcomes depend on many variables including the Client’s implementation, market conditions, and team performance. No specific results, revenue targets, or KPIs are guaranteed. The Client is fully responsible for applying the material and executing on the strategies provided.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.Â
