One of the biggest time management mistakes Danny sees: Sales reps researching and calling at the same time.
You feel busy. But you're only hitting 3 dials an hour.
The fix is simple: separate them. Strict time blocks: 1 for research, 1 for calls. 0 overlap. Your focus and dial count will both shoot up.

Danny's personal minimum? 60 dials per day. That's the bare minimum, meaning more is always fine, less is never acceptable. Set your number and protect it!
