One of the biggest time management mistakes Danny sees: Sales reps researching and calling at the same time.

You feel busy. But you're only hitting 3 dials an hour.

The fix is simple: separate them. Strict time blocks: 1 for research, 1 for calls. 0 overlap. Your focus and dial count will both shoot up.

You can't control how many people pick up the phone.

But you can absolutely control how many times you dial.

Danny's personal minimum? 60 dials per day. That's the bare minimum, meaning more is always fine, less is never acceptable. Set your number and protect it!

Most reps know exactly which objections they'll face. And yet they still get caught off guard, every single time.

Collect the objections and pushbacks you hear most often. Write out your responses. Rehearse them.

The result is that you stop being nervous and start feeling confident. Because you already know what to say.

A script is a compass, not a monologue!

If it doesn't sound like you, it won't land. Translate your script into your own language, your own rhythm, your own voice. Use it as a guide, not a crutch.

โ†’ Schedule two daily blocks: 1 for RESEARCH, 1 for CALLS. 0 overlap.

โ†’ Define your bare-minimum dial count and build a ready-to-go lead list so your call block starts without interruption.

โ†’ Write down the 3 objections you hear most and craft a confident response to each before your next session.
