So, we decided in this week’s issue, we'll share some best practices on how to use AI best to changing sales in DACH!

3 Practical AI Use Cases in DACH

 

1. Research
Use AI to summarise annual reports, LinkedIn profiles, and job postings.
Example: “Summarise the top 3 priorities for a VP of Sales at [Company].”

2. Prospecting Messages
Draft a cold email, then tweak it with your DACH context and buyer persona.
Example: “Write a 50-word email to a German CFO struggling with compliance costs.”

3. Objection Handling
Practice responses to common objections before you’re live on the call.
Example: “How would you respond to a buyer in Austria saying budget is frozen until Q4?”

The 3 Most-Used Prompts by Sellers in DACH

After speaking to a few Sales Reps in our community, here are the top prompts reps are using every week:

1. Outbound Cold Email

“Write a cold outbound email for a SaaS SDR selling to [persona] at [company] in Germany. Keep it short, human, and include a soft CTA. Focus on [pain point].”

2. Discovery Call Prep

“Generate 7 discovery questions for a [persona] in [industry] in DACH. Goal: uncover urgency, budget, and internal blockers. Make them sound conversational.”

3. Objection Response

“Write a respectful response to a DACH buyer saying: ‘We don’t have budget until Q4.’ Keep it firm, value-focused, and offer an alternative next step.”
