by Helena Klaus
Jul 23, 2025

Over the past 6 months, we’ve tested hundreds of prompts across the entire sales cycle! So... we figured that a curated Sales in DACH Prompt Library would be really valuable to the Sellers out there trying to tackle the DACH market!

Here’s a sneak peek into the most effective prompts that drive revenue, not just “content”.

1. Outbound: Book More Meetings

Goal: Get replies and land meetings, even in saturated inboxes.
Prompt to try:

“Write a cold outbound message for a B2B SaaS SDR selling to [persona] in DACH. Tone: concise, curious, no fluff. Include a soft CTA. Based on [X pain or trigger].”

✨ Bonus Tip: Pair it with this subject line prompt:

“Write 5 subject lines that sound human, spark curiosity, and match this cold email: [paste message].”

2. Discovery: Ask Smarter Questions

Goal: Lead conversations with confidence and uncover real buying signals.
Prompt to try:

“Generate 7 discovery questions for a SaaS AE speaking with a [buyer persona] in [industry] in Germany. Goal: uncover internal urgency and budget authority.”

✨ Bonus Tip: Add: “Avoid generic questions. Make it feel like a peer conversation.”

3. Negotiation: Frame Value & Handle Pushback

Goal: Move deals forward without discounting.
Prompt to try:

“Write a response to a DACH buyer who asks for a 30% discount. Here are their current Problems and how we solve them [INSERT HERE]. Keep it respectful, firm, and focused on value. Include an optional trade-off.”

✨ Use variations: "Budget freeze", "Can’t decide before Q4", etc.

4. Closing: Ask for the Deal with Confidence

Goal: Nudge the buyer to commit — without pressure.
Prompt to try:

“Write a closing email to a German B2B buyer after a successful demo. Include a short summary, next steps, and a confident CTA.”

✨ Bonus Tip: Add: “Make the tone warm but assertive. No hype.”

5. Customer Success: Turn Clients into Champions

Goal: Expand accounts & retain revenue.
Prompt to try:

“Write a Quarterly Business Review agenda email for a Customer Success Manager in Germany. Focus: highlight ROI and open doors for expansion.”

✨ Bonus Tip: Let ChatGPT create client-specific success metrics if you feed it past implementation data.

Steal Emilia’s AI Meeting Prep Agent for Sales
Most sellers don’t need another AI tool. They need AI to take over the repetitive work they’re already doing every week. And that’s exactly what Emilia has done. The principle is surprisingly simple: You tell the agent WHAT information you need. WHEN you need it. And WHERE you want it delivered. In Emilia’s case, the “where” is particularly useful: 👉 The information gets added directly to the r...
Get Deals unstuck with Felix' Reverse Reco
We absolutely love interviewing Sellers to find what makes THEM great in Sales. Not an extra playbook, but simple daily life hacks of Sellers in DACH. Last week I sat down with Felix Loch. And it was an absolute pleasure to listen to a Seller who is naturally calm, collected and strategic like him. Today we're sharing the first of 3 Hacks Felix shared with us. (Subscribe if you want to know the...
The Prospecting Flywheel
Svenja won the last 2 Power Calling Challenges in a row with a repeatable prospecting engine she shares today with the Sales Community. Most reps treat calling as something they do. Svenja treats it as somewhere she goes. Prospecting isn't an activity. It's a state of mind you enter and defend! Once you see hunting as a zone you deliberately step into (and deliberately protect!) rather than s...
