The Headline Results
The DACH sales tech landscape in 2026 is consolidating. The bloated 20-tool stacks are out. Focused, integrated stacks that actually move pipeline are in.
Here's what rose to the top:
CRM: HubSpot dominates SMB and mid-market. Salesforce holds enterprise. No surprises, but the gap between the two is wider than ever.
Prospecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator is non-negotiable. Nearly every role type listed it. Cognism leads on data quality for DACH, especially for verified mobile numbers and GDPR compliance.
Outreach: HubSpot Sequences wins on convenience. But the teams getting the best results? They've moved to Lemlist for easy multichannel outreach combining email, LinkedIn, voicemail and cold calling in one cadence.
Conversation Intelligence: This was the most interesting category. Kickscale came out as the clear #1, the only tool built natively for German-language sales. Gong is powerful, but Kickscale still won based on the survey results.
AI: ChatGPT is now standard across every role type. It's no longer a differentiator. The teams pulling ahead are building custom workflows with Clay, automating enrichment, personalisation and outreach at scale.

The answers, in order: Kickscale. HubSpot. Lemlist. LinkedIn as it's own. Outreach. Dealfront. Cognism.
No one said their biggest, most expensive tool. They said the one they use every single day.
